Pega Cloud Data Processing Addendum
How will Pega assist clients with their data compliance?
We have prepared a data processing addendum that contains provisions to assist clients with their compliance when Pega processes data on their behalf.
To execute this Addendum, customers must:
- Complete the information in the signature box on page 7 and sign;
- Complete and sign the Data Exporter information on pages 20;
- Send the completed and signed Addendum to Pegasystems at [email protected].
Upon Pegasystems’ receipt of the validly signed Addendum, this Addendum will be legally binding.
