What You'll Do at Pega:
- Actively participate in design and development of applications. Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality, and support for goals using scaled agile methodology.
- Collaborate with product management to align product goals with software deliverables
- Take ownership of the components/tasks and make sure they are delivered with great quality.
- Develop and execute unit test cases to test your work
- Resolve customer issues through technical guidance or by issuing formal fixes
Who You Are:
- You are a Software Developer who is passionate about software development, and strive to find simple, elegant solutions to complex real-world business problems.
- You are a proven performer who is driven by code quality, cleanliness, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- You are passionate about learning new technologies and are interested in utilizing the power of model-driven development to architect and implement low-code enterprise applications.
- You enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and teamwork.
- You possess strong communication and inter-personal skills and thrive in a robust environment that imposes new challenges frequently.
What You've Accomplished:
- 2- 4 years of Java or Javs script development experience in analysis, design and application deployment of Enterprise application systems.
- Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP and understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML is desired
- Prior experience in CTI would be added advantage
