Senior Government Compliance Manager
Meet Our Team:
You will join a global Government Compliance team that enables regulated public sector customers worldwide, while owning the U.S. portfolio where authorization and delivery outcomes directly determine customer go-live timelines. You will work in a high-autonomy environment with a manager who focuses on removing blockers and maintaining a strong, low-ego team dynamic.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
You will help government customers modernize mission delivery on Pega’s enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform, in a company built around the “Build for Change” mindset. You will have visible impact by turning regulated delivery complexity into predictable outcomes that accelerate public sector growth, customer trust, and long-term adoption.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Own the U.S. compliance delivery portfolio plan and execution cadence that keeps public sector authorizations and regulated customer migrations on schedule.
- Drive cross-functional readiness for audits and assessments by coordinating evidence workflows, milestone plans, and closure of findings across security, engineering, and operations.
- Build repeatable delivery playbooks, templates, and governance routines that scale compliance execution without scaling cost at the same rate.
- Provide executive-ready reporting on timeline, risks, and mitigation strategies, enabling leadership to prioritize investment that directly supports public sector growth.
Who You Are:
- You bring 8+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and tight delivery timelines.
- You have a bachelor’s degree and a track record of producing clear, decision-ready status and governance artifacts for senior leaders.
- You are eligible to complete SF-86 and maintain U.S. Government clearance eligibility as program needs require.
- You can plan and coordinate work in U.S. Government compliance contexts (for example, FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF) and convert requirements into sequenced, owned workstreams.
- You communicate with precision, maintain strong stakeholder trust, and keep teams aligned through structured plans, crisp decisions, and proactive risk management.
- You are proficient with delivery tooling (for example, Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and can build repeatable operating rhythms that increase predictability.
What You've Accomplished:
- Delivered complex, high-stakes programs in regulated environments by building integrated plans, driving dependency management, and keeping outcomes on track amid change.
- Led executive-facing risk and issue management with measurable improvements in schedule predictability and stakeholder confidence.
- Built reusable delivery assets (templates, checklists, playbooks, training materials) that reduced cycle time and improved consistency across a portfolio.
- Partnered effectively with technical and non-technical teams to remove blockers, improve workflows, and accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
