The Delivery Services team is a global community of specialists focused on scalability and enabling Pega’s transition to an as a service company.  We own, drive, and facilitate lean processes that ensure the successful delivery and operation of work we are proud of, and our clients love. Through tightknit collaboration, unified direction, and clearly defined standards, we embody the operational excellence needed to propel Pega’s as a service culture forward. ​The Program Management function of the Delivery Services team coaches leaders across Pega to improve internal processes and execute on programs and projects that support our strategic direction. The Agile Services team is a global group of passionate and energetic servant leaders who are focused on supporting their teams in improving software delivery at Pega within the Agile framework.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Partner with teams across the Cloud organization to support project execution and successful delivery.   
• ​Help drive alignment to project management best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• ​Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans and reports that provide clear visibility to status, iterative progress, and risks/impediments.  
• ​Learn about Pega's business, specifically cloud engineering, release engineering, service reliability, and client support – participate in action plans to make these groups better.
• ​Support and guide development teams with a focus on ensuring the teams meet their product deliverables within the agile mindset.
• ​Work with Scrum Masters to learn how agile principles are applied in the real world to accomplish complex business goals.  
• ​Be a mentee in support of an experienced Scrum Master in their daily work with development teams and impediment removal.   
• ​Attend meetings organized by more experienced colleagues to share knowledge.   
• ​Contribute to the enhancement of processes and procedures within the TSO Delivery Services chapter.

What You've Accomplished:

• ​​Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• ​Experience in any Project Management role would be a plus.  
• ​Experience working with agile methodologies would be a plus: Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, LeSS. 
• ​Experience managing cross-functional projects from inception through delivery and operation would be a plus.​

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is PLN 5500 - 6000 gross/ month. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range.
