As part of Pega's Offline Platform team, you'll tackle the challenge of keeping critical applications running when there is no internet. You will contribute to our AI-powered platform by building offline-first and mobile solutions with technologies like Kotlin Multiplatform, Swift, and JavaScript, helping users at the world’s leading enterprises stay productive anytime, anywhere.

What You'll Do at Pega:
As part of the engineering team, you’ll focus on hands on software development, and you will:
• Write, test, and maintain high quality production code using modern engineering practices.
• Work on offline first scenarios, including data synchronization and resilience to unreliable network connectivity.
• Contribute to mobile and cross platform components for Android and iOS.
• Take ownership of tasks from bug fixes to new feature development, from design through delivery.
• Collaborate in an Agile (Kanban) environment, participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
Who You Are:
• You have a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algo-rithms, and object-oriented programming.
• You have programming experience in a modern language like Kotlin, Swift, Java, or JavaScript. Familiarity with mobile development (Android or iOS) is a strong plus.
• You are a self-starter with a genuine passion for software engineering, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and improve your skills.
• You are curious about modern technology and excited by the potential of AI-powered platforms like Pega's.
• You thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment and are eager to contribute your ideas.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be working with teams across the globe.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is PLN 5500 - 6000 gross/ month. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range.
