Our team is dedicated to enhancing the security posture of Pega by providing baseline configurations for cloud accounts and managing IAM roles across multiple cloud providers. We build automation tools to support compliance and cloud security, simplifying workflows and eliminating manual processes, manage Okta as our IdP provider. Our goal is to govern, maintain compliance, and make work more efficient. We also manage user entitlements and utilize various security tools to ensure robust security operations across all cloud environments.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Provide baseline configurations for cloud accounts, ensuring enforcement of security policies.
• Administer and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework, managing roles, policies.
• Implement and manage governance-at-scale policies to ensure compliance and enforce security best practices across all accounts.
• Simplify workflows and eliminate manual processes to maintain compliance and improve efficiency.
• Operate and optimize a suite of modern security tools to ensure maximum effectiveness and coverage.
• Manage the lifecycle of virtualized infrastructure, from secure configuration and setup to ongoing maintenance.
• Provide security guidance to other teams within the organization.

Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented and proactive security engineer with a passion for cloud security and automation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance security measures.

What You've Accomplished:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in security/cloud/software development.
• Proven experience with cloud environments, preferably with AWS Cloud.
• Have knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Experienced with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• A solid understanding of core cloud networking security concepts.
• Strong practical experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including hands-on administration of an Identity Provider (IdP).
• Demonstrated ability to configure, deploy, and maintain security tooling such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) or vulnerability scanners.
• Proficiency in Python for automations and scripting.
• Familiarity with OAuth and GIT.
• Very good command of English.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 189,100 - 282,700 PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
