Content Intern, Industry Markets -Summer 2026

Pega’s Industry Markets Team help capture and create client success story assets for clients. These stories will serve as examples and proof points for Pega’s sellers to leverage for education and with clients/prospects, helping drive Pega’s sales process. In this position, you will work with stakeholders across the organization to create clear and compelling content.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Your role at Pega will be to work on Industry Client Stories:
- Work with account teams, marketing, and the Industry Markets team to identify and create client story assets to ensure the most relevant client proof points related to our target domains and core capabilities are documented and available to the field, especially within the Manufacturing and Consumer Services Industries.
- Audit recent “Go Live” announcements and PegaWorld sessions to identify new client stories and create assets for sharing via internal repositories.
- Support ongoing maintenance of the Client Stories Hub by tracking new story submissions, and supporting organization of client story collections.
- Review existing Client Stories Hub content to identify outdated stories and conduct outreach to internal teams to either update or archive.
- Assist with updating taxonomy of existing client story assets.
You will also be asked to assist in Industry Content Support
- Assist with updates to key Industry team content, uploading to internal repositories for both field and GenAI consumption.
- Audit Industry repositories (e.g. Saleshub) to ensure content is up to date, relevant, and structured for optimal GenAI consumption.
Who You Are:
An intelligent, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication and writing skills. You want to gain experience in collaborating cross-functionally, interviewing client successes and outline succinctly in ppt format.
- Currently enrolled in a university program, working towards your Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills,
- Ability to think creatively and strategically,
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively,
- Interest in IT-related fields (e.g. marketing automation, AI, big data)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with basic HTML a plus

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
