Senior Talent Advisory Partner, Technology & Corporate Functions

Pega’s Talent Advisory Team provides timely, accurate, and straightforward advice on people strategies, organizational development, talent management, employee issues, local labor laws, compliance, and corporate directives. The Senior Talent Advisory Partner serves as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters. In this role, you will be the key interface between HR and the lines of business, diagnosing organizational issues and developing HR solutions that address business challenges while positioning Pega for success.

The Senior Talent Advisory Partner serves as a strategic, data-driven advisor to the Technology & Corporate Functions business, partnering closely with leaders and HR colleagues to drive workforce effectiveness, talent outcomes, and organizational health. This role integrates workforce data across geographies, leverages insights and trends to influence decisions, and leads cross functional collaboration. The role also acts as the TCF Single Point of Contact (SPOC), leading performance management and people-related crisis response in partnership with key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in-office.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Data, Insights & Analytics
- Translate workforce and people data into actionable insights by analyzing trends including attrition drivers, performance distributions, engagement survey outcomes, rewards and recognition patterns, sentiment data, and key global people trends.
- Develop executive ready narratives and recommendations that clearly connect data to business outcomes, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable levers.
- Integrate and synthesize data across geographies and systems to provide a holistic, global view of workforce trends for the Tech business.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including HR COEs, People Analytics, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Legal, Finance, Business Operations, and fellow regional TAPs to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
- Build authentic, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to foster trust, alignment, and effective execution across functions and geographies.
Manager & Employee Enablement
- Coach and guide people managers and employees on low performance management, reinforcing accountability and supporting a high performance culture.
- Enable leaders with insights, tools, and guidance to effectively manage performance, engagement, and talent outcomes.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Handle conflict resolution across a wide range of topics to achieve effective and sustainable business outcomes.
- Manage employee relations matters with a strong focus on problem solving, risk mitigation, fairness, and consistency.
Crisis Management & TCF SPOC
- Serve as the TCF Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for people related crisis situations, providing leadership, coordination, and clear communication.
- Partner closely with HR leadership, Legal, Employee Relations, Security, and Business leaders to assess risk, drive timely response, and ensure appropriate resolution during crisis scenarios.
- Leverage data, insights, and cross functional collaboration to inform decisions and actions during high impact or sensitive situations.
Who You Are:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong in Power BI (or similar) for dashboarding; able to convert complex people data into concise insights and executive recommendations
- You are an experienced HR practitioner with understanding of compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational diagnosis.
- You thrive both independently and collaboratively. You are self-driven, motivated to make a meaningful impact by working with and through others.
- You are comfortable challenging all levels of the organization, navigating conflicts with pragmatic and effective solutions.
- You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture.

- Strong ability to leverage data, insights, and trends to influence senior stakeholders and drive business relevant outcomes.
- Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed, and global environments with strong cross functional collaboration skills.
- High credibility as a trusted advisor with the ability to balance strategic thinking, operational execution, and crisis leadership.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, handling sensitive issues, and leading through change with clarity and confidence.

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 120,500 - 183,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
