An experienced leader, client engagement expert, and analytical technologist, Leon is Chief of Clients and Markets at Pegasystems. As the leader of Pega’s sales and client success teams, he is responsible for ensuring clients, prospects, and partners have outstanding experiences across every touchpoint, from initial contact and product experience to adoption and ongoing support.
Leon joined Pega’s strategic business development organization in 1998 and has held increasingly senior sales management and client success positions as the company has expanded, including Senior Vice President of Global Client Success, Vice President of the Americas, and Global Head of Sales.
In 2002, Leon launched the commercialization of Pega’s flagship software offering, known today as the Pega Platform™, which forms the foundation for today’s Pega Infinity™ suite of strategic applications.
He has been central in developing Pega’s sales team and strategy and is the author of Selling@Pega, the roadmap for the company’s sales professionals. Leon strongly believes Pega’s values create a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity. An ardent believer in DEI&B, he serves as executive sponsor for the Asian@Pega employee resource group.
Leon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Dartmouth College.
