Leon is responsible for sales strategy and execution in the Americas as well as scaling Pega’s successful Catalyst program, designed to fuel digital transformation across clients' organizations and drive innovation through Pega's unique approach to design thinking.
Leon joined Pega’s strategic business development organization in 1998 and has held increasingly senior sales management and client success positions as the company has expanded. In 2002, Leon launched the commercialization of Pega’s flagship software offering, known today as Pega Platform, which forms the foundation for today’s Pega Infinity™ suite of strategic applications.
Leon has been central in developing Pega’s sales team and strategy, with mentorship and talent management at its core to create a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.
Leon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Dartmouth College.
