As a Project Delivery Leader with a Solution Consulting mindset, you will guide clients through complex cloud transformations and modernize legacy systems using Pega's AI-powered platform. You will be the trusted advisor who not only ensures project success but also identifies new opportunities to drive business value, aligning technology execution with long-term strategic goals.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Delivery Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega implementation projects — from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Solution Consulting: Partner with sales and account teams during the pre-sales cycle to provide delivery expertise, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Pega's best practices.
• Client Advocacy: Own the client relationship during the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Cloud Transformation: Oversee cloud migration engagements, including assessments, planning, and execution from legacy systems to Pega Cloud® or client-managed clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify business challenges within existing accounts and propose Pega-based solutions to drive expansion and continuous value.
• Project Governance: Manage scope, budget, schedule, and change control with precision while monitoring project health and mitigating risks.
• Methodology & AI: Drive the adoption of Pega's delivery methodology and AI-powered tools to accelerate project outcomes.

What You've Accomplished:

• Project Management: Extensive experience in project/program management within enterprise software or technology consulting.
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Proven success in supporting pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and presenting value propositions to stakeholders.
• Cloud Migration: Demonstrated success leading cloud transformation programs, including hands-on management of the full migration lifecycle (assessment to stabilization).
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and Pega technology (Pega Platform, Pega Cloud®, or Pega GenAI) is highly desirable.
• Methodology Mastery: Track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus.
• AI Integration: Evidence of using AI tools in delivery contexts for planning, risk identification, or communication.
