Picture Yourself at Pega:
You will be joining the 1:1 Customer Engagement Alliance and help us continue to build our marketing content management and Next-Best-Action capabilities. As an Associate Product Manager, you will help extend our capabilities around treatment (email, SMS, push) authoring, validation and testing. You will work closely with other product managers and stakeholders to understand customer needs, refine solutions and then help bring these new products and capabilities to market.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Help translate market needs, customer requests and strategic goals into clearly defined product vision and functional requirements
- Manage the priorities of one or more on-shore or off-shore engineering teams to implement the roadmap
- Collaborate with other parts of the business (UX design, documentation & training, services, solution consulting, other product managers) to build a robust support ecosystem around the product and new features
- Work with Sales and Marketing organization to ensure the business value of new product features are demonstrable with minimal configuration. Ensure teams have a deep understanding of new features, key differentiators
Who You Are:
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing operations and customer engagement management, some exposure to Product Management, and a basic understanding of software design. You're technically curious and able to learn how the Customer Decision Hub and the Pega platform works. You’re looking to work within a culture that values urgency and teamwork in a collegial and supportive environment. You are motivated to learn about new technology, and willing to ask for help when you need it.
What You've Accomplished:
- 2 to 5 years experience in marketing operations or software engineering with some exposure to project management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, and cross-functional environment,
- Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and an overall “can-do” attitude
- 2 to 5 years experience in marketing operations or software engineering with some exposure to project management

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 94,900 - 141,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
