Prior to joining Pega, Jeanette was the VP of Product Management and Strategy for IBM Sterling, the market’s leading portfolio for omni-channel order management and B2B integration. Jeanette is passionate about the application of technology innovation to build new business models and solve challenging issues for clients.
In his role at EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS), Rags is responsible for building and scaling a world class team that partners with clients on their digital transformation journey, leveraging domain solutions based on cutting edge technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
Rags is also part of EY’s Global Analytics leadership and leads a team of 2000+ consultants who help clients enhance their business outcomes leveraging analytics.
Prior to this Rags, as the Head of DXC Technology’s Analytics Data Labs, created a global data sciences team that helped multiple clients across industries enhance their analytics maturity through deployment of advanced analytics solutions.
Rags has 20+ years of diverse experience, in both operating and sales roles, with leading organizations like GE and Genpact. In his previous roles, he has set up and operationalized large delivery centers from scratch, managed client relationships in Europe, solutioned large integrated deals against global competition and run Six Sigma programs for business process improvement.
