5 reasons Pega is a great place to work

When it comes to work, what is important to you right now? What makes you say “yes” to a job offer, and once you’re there, what keeps you coming back day after day?

At Pega, we recently talked with hundreds of our people to learn the answers to these questions, and to find out what makes working at Pega unique and special. I was blown away by the honest, thoughtful responses! We heard real passion about helping clients solve problems that once seemed too complex; about engaging in meaningful work (as opposed to simple busywork); about being appreciated for their individuality and unique talents; and about the ability to define and direct their careers.

From hours of conversations, five similar themes emerged. I’m proud to share some of the comments from these discussions and the five top reasons our people say Pega is a great place to work.
