Associate Product Manager, Case Management
Meet Our Team:
As a member of the Pega Product Management India team, you will focus on Case Management area in the Pega products. You will work closely with our Engineering teams to drive and deliver the market-differentiating Workflow capabilities in our Products. Pega Product Management team drives the Product vision and strategy with innovation mindset to deliver a low-code platform for Enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation.

Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you’ll help us define and deliver the next generation of Pega Case Management. As an Associate Product Manager, you will drive, prioritize, and communicate the work that our engineering teams need to deliver based on business needs.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Define and manage epics, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Detail out epic scope based on use case scenarios, feedback and broader product vision
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to iterate on prototypes.
- Develop and refine product prototypes to validate concepts and gather user feedback
- Prioritize user stories based on business value and user impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of epics.
- Adjust epic scope and priorities based on feedback and evolving requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with teams including engineering, design, architecture and release management teams
- Serve as a point of contact / subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders related to Case Management feature areas
- Stay hands-on by building demos showcasing various product capabilities
- Triage feedback to determine priority and align with product priorities
Who You Are:

- You always look for new and effective ways to solve problems
- You possess 7 years of overall work experience, preferably working in Enterprise software product environments including 1 to 2 years of experience / exposure to Product Management.
- Strong presentation skills with experience building impactful content including; presentations, interactive product demos, webinars and how-to videos
