The changing public administration (German)

Whether citizens, companies or administrative employees: All those involved want e-government services that are easy to use, time-saving and user-friendly.

Holistic e-government requires the technical linking of administrative portals across federal, state and local levels. This is a mammoth task given the current prevalence of data silos and the different and often outdated IT infrastructures. In addition, there are constantly changing framework conditions, which also lead to a considerable need for adaptation and further IT development costs.

In this brochure we would like to show you why these diverse challenges do not represent a technological hurdle for Pega. We will also use successful projects in other countries to illustrate the potential that could be unleashed for public administration in Germany in cooperation with Pega.
