What is the UK Gender Pay Gap Report?

All companies with more than 250 employees in the UK are required to publish a report on their gender pay gap. Evaluating Pega’s gender pay gap gives us insight into our gender balance and pay as an organization. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average hourly earnings for men and women, regardless of role or title.

This year’s data show that there continues to be a higher percentage of men in senior and revenue-generating roles despite our ongoing efforts around equitable pay practices. This data shows that we must continue to work to reduce the gender pay gap.
