They can associate these emails to the activity history, while the analytic model learns what new cross-sell and upsell offers should be provided. Scheduling appointments with clients, prospects, and internal team members should be as familiar as creating an appointment in Outlook, and once an appointment is created, the Pega Sales Automation plugin automatically tags these calendar entries, shows them in the plugin, and allows reps to associate them into the Activity Record.

The plugin also includes the ability to quickly create contacts, leads, and opportunities directly from the side panel, so no time is wasted switching systems or entering information that isn't easily accessible or required. And a global search capability allows reps to locate information in Pega Sales Automation without ever having to leave Outlook.
