W&W and Pega – a close partnership for more customer centricity

The W&W Group, a leading German financial services group dedicated to financial planning, has been relying on solutions from Pega since 2015, e.g., to support customer communication and gain a comprehensive overview of customer relationships. The group has established a Pega Center of Excellence (CoE) with Pega experts to support and guide cross-functional transformation initiatives using Pega technology.
