PegaWorld iNspire 2022: The Pod-based Approach to Citizen Developers at Navy Federal Credit Union
Navy Federal Credit Union's (NFCU) citizen development program is responsible for saving the organization over 300,000 hours each year – all through Pega process automation and the Pega Platform™. However, standing up a successful program didn't happen overnight. This session will address the specific challenges NFCU found on its journey to adopting citizen development and low-code applications. The session will detail specific elements of the current model, including the need for executive support, an agile pod delivery model, training, and coaching.
