Ken Stillwell

Ken Stillwell leads finance, investor relations, legal, facilities, information technology, Pega Cloud, global client support, and business operations, overseeing more than one thousand employees globally. His leadership has been central to Pega’s transformation to an as-a-Service business through Pega’s cloud-first strategy and multi-cloud deployment capabilities.

Ken brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in high-growth organizations in the technology sector. He joined Pega from Dynatrace in 2016, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing global functions within finance and accounting, as well as expanded non-financial functions such as human resources, information technology and legal.

His previous experience includes serving as EVP/CFO at SOVOS, a financial and compliance software as a service (SaaS) company, and five years of financial leadership experience at PTC, where he served as the divisional CFO within the product lifecycle management (PLM) and application lifecycle management (ALM) segment.

Ken is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his undergraduate degree in business and economics, and the University of South Carolina, where he earned a Master's in accounting and finance. Ken is also a certified public accountant.
