What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Cultivate deep, trusted advisor relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders within client organizations, becoming an indispensable source of insight and guidance.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of industry challenges and our product suite to illuminate paths to greater efficiency and competitive advantage for our clients.
  • Strategically expand our footprint by identifying and securing new opportunities within your assigned portfolio and existing client base.
  • Educate and inspire customers with insights that challenge conventional approaches, positioning our solutions as pivotal tools for competitive differentiation.
  • Sustain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through diligent prospecting, leveraging a mix of innovative methods.
  • Collaborate with Pega’s partners to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with clients and their unique needs.

Who You Are:

You're an ambitious trailblazer in enterprise software sales, passionate about adding significant value to government clients through cutting-edge business process automation strategies. Your ability to challenge norms and foster strong relationships quickly establishes you as a credible and influential figure in any client interaction.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Years of success in software sales, preferably with a focus on government clients.
  • Deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to understand and articulate client needs.
  • A solid base in account management, with a flair for identifying and nurturing new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM and Case Management enterprise software solutions
  • Experience working with large partner organizations
  • Stable and progressive history of quota achievement
  • Prior participation in a formal sales training
  • Track record of challenging and improving a customer’s way of doing business
  • Technically current in business automation
  • Excellent presentation skills, with a knack for conveying complex solutions in an accessible manner.
