According to research, robotic automation is at or near the peak of the hype cycle. It seems like everywhere you turn people are excited about how robotics is going to change the IT world. Robots are easy to build, fast to implement, and powered with Skynet-level intellect. The reality is far more mundane. In this session, we’ll look at how understanding that reality can allow government to get the most out of robotics without getting run over by the hype.
