As a Solutions Consultant in DemoX LIVE, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation. Our team brings together a rich blend of skills and backgrounds, operating seamlessly across time zones, and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.

In the DemoX LIVE team, we collaborate with Pega account teams around the world to plan, prepare, lead, support, and deliver workshops to groups of customers and partners. These packaged events involve demonstrating Pega’s technology and core solution concepts. While they are not intended as training classes, they provide the opportunity for clients/partners to get hands-on with Pega technology and experience our differentiators for themselves.

DemoX LIVE is part of the larger Demo Excellence (DemoX) initiative at Pega. Together, we’re reimagining the demo experience for Pega prospects and partners worldwide.

What You'll Do at Pega:

As a Solutions Consultant within the DemoX LIVE team you will connect with Pega sales teams and client participants before the event to understand needs and follow up afterwards to capture feedback. To increase reuse and minimize preparation time, you will also help to curate content so that it can be adapted for future events. This will involve collaboration with DemoX team members responsible for the creation of demo assets across the many industries that Pega supports.

You will get exposure to other Sales Engineering activities such as handling sales and demo related questions from Pega’s partners, delivery of standard demos, and working with individual Solution Consultant (Sales Engineer) teams on general account-based activities.

All the above requires developing a detailed knowledge of the Pega platform and hands-on ability with the technology. You will be supported by the global Demo Excellence team (DemoX) – a diverse, multinational group of developers, creative UX designers, videographers, storytellers, and industry domain experts. We're reimagining what the demo experience can be for Pega prospects and partners and partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams across the globe to achieve that.

Who You Are:

You are passionate about people and solving problems with digitalization. You are curious about technology and excited to share that passion with others through demonstrations and guiding them through hands-on workshop sessions that are part teaching and part selling. Ideally, you will bring some technical or business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, coaching, or technical enablement. You are able and willing to explore new cities and countries from time to time by leading events onsite at client & partner locations.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to lead a room.
  • Prior experience in either a pre-sales, coaching, enablement, or training capacity.
  • Comfortable being hands-on with technology.
  • Good written and spoken skills in English. German, Spanish, or Italian language skills would be advantageous, but is not essential. 
  • Comfortable at quickly developing rapport with team stakeholders.
  • Being an avid learner.
