Developing a Scalable Licensing Solution to Improve the Citizen & Employee Experience

The Vermont Office of Professional Regulation (OPR) recently implemented a new Pega Cloud® solution, which moved all of its licensing processes online. OPR could deliver seamless digital experiences to customers, automate internal processes, and provide agility to respond to change in the wake of COVID-19 and future disruptions. This session will share how the agency replaced outdated legacy technology with a flexible and scalable cloud licensing platform, as well as discuss the framework that can be used across other state agencies to solve similar licensing and certification challenges.
