Associate AV and Events Technician

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the responsibilities of this role and the need for in-office collaboration, we are currently considering candidates who are within a commutable distance of our Waltham office. This position requires 4 days in office.
The AV Team is responsible for delivering and supporting AV solutions that connect people with technology while maximizing efficiency and productivity. We are a close-knit team that shares knowledge and support for one another while striving to provide the best possible A/V experience for others.

This position is responsible for maintaining the operational uptime for all AV technologies within our flagship office located in Waltham, MA. The role supports the operational delivery of meeting and event technologies, ensuring a reliable and high-quality collaboration experience for employees, partners, and customers in a global environment.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Support meetings and events using enterprise AV and collaboration technologies
- Troubleshoot AV issues and restore service quickly during live meetings
- Train users and contribute to AV documentation and standards
- Gain hands on experience with conference room systems, collaboration platforms, and AV infrastructure
Who You Are:
- Strong interest in audiovisual and collaboration technologies
- Customer focused with a strong service orientation
- Comfortable working in fast paced, live meeting environments
- Able to communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds
- Motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in AV technology
What You've Accomplished:
- 2 year degree or equivalent level of education
- 1–2 years of experience supporting AV or collaboration technologies
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS
- Basic knowledge of AV wiring and AV equipment functionality
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 60,400 - 90,300 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
