Senior UX Designer

As a key member of the DemoX team, you will design and deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade user experiences that balance usability, scalability, and storytelling. You’ll work hands-on across complex products, demos, and customer-facing experiences, collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing partners. This role suits designers who thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can translate strategy into polished execution.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead UX design for complex enterprise applications and experiences. Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear interaction models, flows, and interfaces.
- Produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes ready for building. Ensure usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual quality.
- Design within and contribute to shared design systems. Partner closely with engineers to preserve design intent. Improve design processes, tooling, and reuse while balancing speed and craft.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams. Clearly articulate design rationale to diverse audiences. Participate in critiques and mentor junior designers through feedback and example.
- Explore modern UX patterns, emerging interaction models, and AI-assisted experiences. Stay current with enterprise UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Who You Are:
With a combination of proven front-end development and UX abilities, you are a driven, self-reliant individual with keen attention to detail that is eager to lead and work within a team. You know the right questions to ask and aren’t afraid to ask for help when needed.
What You've Accomplished:
- 4–8+ years of UX design experience on enterprise software or complex web applications. Proven end-to-end ownership from concept to delivery in cross-functional environments.
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, and problem-solving skills. Fluency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma). Experience with design systems, responsive design, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- User-centered, pragmatic, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Curious about how AI and new tooling can enhance UX
- Nice to have - Experience with B2B, low-code, or platform products; front-end awareness (HTML/CSS/JS); customer workshops; demo or narrative-driven experiences.
