Meet Our Team:
In this role, you will write and edit technical documentation to enable Pega users to solve critical business problems using our software. This content - in the form of online help, knowledgebase articles, and installation, upgrade, and implementation guides - addresses the needs of multiple audiences, including business users and technical implementers. In this position, you will work with stakeholders across the organization to write/edit effective, use-case-based content.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Write and edit technical documentation to support product releases,
- Evaluate Pega software products and provide feedback to improve internal functions and usability,
- Become well-versed in the architecture, design, and implementation features of Pega software products,
- Identify and make recommendations for process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency and productivity of the technical documentation team.
Who You Are:
An intelligent, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills. You want to gain experience in documenting software products and the ability to organize and present a range of technical material to a variety of audiences.
- Good English level (C1/C2),
- Outstanding communication and writing skills,
- Interest in IT-related fields (e.g. marketing automation, AI, big data),
- Technical writing and editing skills,
- Ability to think creatively and strategically,
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively,
- A demonstrated dedication to considering things from the customer’s perspective.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is PLN 5500 - 6000 gross/ month. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range.
