Meet Our Team:

The Marketing India team is a cross-functionally integrated organization supporting Pega’s global go-to-market programs. Within Marketing Operations, the team spans Contact Data Governance, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, Website Publishing, and Paid Media.

This role sits within the Marketing Contact Data function and plays a central role in ensuring Pega’s lead and contact database is trusted, governed, and built to support marketing performance at scale. You will work closely with Marketing Automation, GTM/Sales Operations, Master Data Management (MDM), IT, and regional marketing teams globally.

You are a B2B marketing operations professional who genuinely cares about data quality and understands the downstream impact of inaccurate or incomplete contact data. You know how a bad email address, mismatched domain, or incorrect account association can affect segmentation, campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and credibility with the business.

You are comfortable working hands-on in marketing automation and CRM platforms, understand how leads and contacts behave differently across systems, and can analyze data to pinpoint where quality breaks down — and clearly articulate what needs to change.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Contribute to Pega’s marketing contact data strategy by identifying data quality gaps and recommending improvements that support segmentation, campaigns, and pipeline.
  • Analyze lead and contact data to improve accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency across Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Apply domain and email data expertise to support validation, deduplication, and person-to-account matching.
  • Partner with Marketing Automation, MDM, GTM/Sales Ops, and IT to drive contact data governance and identity alignment.
  • Support standardized list imports, data hygiene, and compliance with global marketing data regulations.
  • Enable effective campaign execution by ensuring contact data supports reliable targeting and measurement.

What You've Accomplished:

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in marketing operations, contact data management, or CRM data governance in a B2B enterprise software or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, including lead/contact management, synchronization, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of core data quality dimensions: accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Experience working with data enrichment and intent platforms such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets, evaluate match rates, identify gaps, and summarize findings for marketing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MDM concepts and experience partnering with MDM or IT data teams.
  • Working knowledge of global data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, LGPD).
  • Proficiency with SQL or similar tools for data analysis; experience with Databricks or data warehouse environments is a plus.
