Pega is using AI to change the way the world builds software. Partnering with marketing, product and sales teams across the globe, the Demo eXperience team (DemoX) is a global organization within Pega of developers, creative UX designers, videographers, storytellers, and industry domain experts creating demos and product experiences for our clients and partners. 

We create innovative and memorable digital assets that combine Pega technology with business value propositions wrapped in slick creative design formats. For scalability, we’ve built a cloud infrastructure and tooling to allow these demo assets to be reused in minutes for sales opportunities by Pega’s go-to-market teams and partners across the globe. By measuring engagement and adoption, we can feed those insights back into the next generation of assets. We get to play with early releases of Pega’s industry applications and platform technology and imagine innovative uses for it across multiple industries as we build demonstrations in the field for top-tier clients around the world.

You will work in a creative, dynamic, and innovative environment with a team spanning the globe. The challenge is to take a powerful and complex platform and explain its power, elegance and business benefits in short, easy-to-consume content. We’ll look for your help to creatively distinguish ourselves from the noise in the market and increase adoption of our videos. What makes a good video better? What makes a canned message feel authentic? How can we build classic storytelling techniques into even the most technical of videos? How can we make these digital assets go viral within our target prospect organizations? 

You’ll be in your own version of an editing suite, and you’ll have to be ready to get your hands dirty in Adobe Premiere. With a team our size, we use a series of templates and essential graphics to make sure our edits stay organized, and our brand unified. You’ll be working alongside great partners both inside and outside the team, always looking to build the strongest possible result.

Your productions, strategic recommendations and process implementation will have direct impact on demo content and will ready you to be a real changemaker at Pega.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Produce video content (both from scratch and handed off from others)
•    Help us tell stronger stories for our demos
•    Leverage industry trends to create compelling videos 

Who You Are:

•    You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in video production - either for a company or freelance. This does not need to be software related – could be documentaries, advertising or short movies.
•    You are a self-starter who values creativity and imagination. You are curious about how AI is changing the process of video production and are eager to leap into the disruption. 
•    Humans can’t plug directly into Adobe Premiere yet- but that’s okay, since you’re the next closest thing. You cut with the speed and tenacity; always looking for the right moments that move the video forward. You understand that editing isn’t just a process, it’s an art form, and you look to consistently build moments that pull our audiences in. You know what solid framing looks like, how to tell a story in the edit, and what audio can create exactly the right moods. 
•    Although we are creatives at heart, we understand how important we are to the success of the Pega sales cycle. Videos are an omnipresent selling tool for Pega 24/7 365 – even when we’re on off-line. 
•    You are creative but you also understand how critical standards and processes are to scale a strategic function such as videography.
•    You’ve always wanted to be part of a very dynamic environment, talking about cutting-edge technologies, and be well aligned with the main trends on the digitization market
•    You excel working with tight deadlines and thrill at collaborating effectively in a truly global environment.

What You've Accomplished:

•    You’ve created content and completed projects with tight deadlines
•    You’ve incorporated feedback from stakeholders in a way that builds partnership, while keeping the content you create strong
•    A portfolio and reel that demonstrates your professional skillset
•    A mastery of Adobe Premiere allowing you to complete projects quickly and efficiently. In addition, experience with the entire Creative Suite is a plus, including Photoshop, After Effects, and online libraries like Motion Array.
•    You have experience with prompting and AI-tools like ElevenLabs.
•    Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm and professional in high stress situations
•    You’re a problem solver who can troubleshoot technical and editorial issues
