We're looking for a Manager, Business Analysis to join our IT team. You’ll join a collaborative leadership team focused on driving delivery excellence across Pega and will manage the IT Business Analyst team.

As a Manager for the Business Analysis team, you’ll split your time between leading a small team of Business Analysts and rolling up your sleeves to contribute directly to business analysis for our strategic initiatives. What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, mentoring the team to strengthen their execution of the Business Analysis responsibilities
- Lead business analysis work for strategic initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement ensuring alignment to the business goals across project execution
- Develop and implement BA best practices, templates, and standards
- Collaborate with IT leadership and other cross-functional teams to ensure process and priority alignment and delivery excellence
- Support hiring and onboarding of new analysts as required
- Develop strong, deep, trusting relationships with product managers, development and quality analysis leadership, and business units

What You've Accomplished:
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies
- Proven success in leading teams and mentoring analysts of varying expertise levels
- Experience developing and implementing BA standards, templates, or frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to think orderly, logically, and analytically in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills is required
- Must be able to work independently and use general office equipment
- Must be goal-oriented and have a strong sense of team solidarity
- BS degree in an IT related field; MBA or Computer Science is a plus

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is $90,700 - $140,800 annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
