Are you motivated and inspired by innovation? Here, you will work in the team responsible for developing chat and voice bots in Pega Platform. Chatbots uses generative models to interact with a user in a conversational way it handles natural language processing (LLM/NLP) and Pega Case processing. In the collaborative environment that the Multi-Channel area offers, you will be able to apply innovative ideas to solve complex problems. You will be focusing on technologies like Pega Platform low-code, Java, GenAI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop and test high quality software,
  • Collaborate with team members on feature development,
  • Debug and maintain existing code base,
  • Follow development standards according Pega guardrails for all the development,
  • Engineering solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.

 

Who You Are:

You are a developer who is passionate to find simple, elegant solutions to complex real-world business problems. You enjoy working in an agile environment that values collaboration and teamwork.

 

What You've Accomplished:

  • Experience working with object-oriented language or low-code platforms,
  • Experience with REST web services and SQL databases,
  • Experience in web standards and web development like JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5,
  • Experience with AI driven software development,
  • Very good English.

Nice to have experience working with:

  • Experience in a technology development role,
  • Experience working with low-code and Java (or other Object-Oriented languages),
  • Debugging of Java and JavaScript,
  • Scrum/Agile environment,
  • Generative model prompting,
  • Automated testing tools and techniques for web interfaces,
  • Software build tools such as Jenkins/GH Actions, Docker, Gradle, Git, Cloud (e.g. AWS).

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 139,300 - 208,300 PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
