This Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or VPAT™, report represents the Pega Customer Service Platform Version 8.8 conformance to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This report details the criteria evaluated, the conformance level, and explanations for the rating provided. Pega 8.8 is partially conformant with most criteria.
