As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll help clients across industries leverage Pega to solve complex business challenges, co‑create high‑impact solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

 

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead and conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover business challenges, understand client goals, and identify transformation opportunities.
• Shape and articulate solution proposals, including high‑level implementation approaches that demonstrate a clear path to value.
• Collaborate with account teams and partners to design winning strategies, build strong client relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business stories that resonate with audiences from C‑suite to practitioners.
• Co‑present demos, visioning sessions, and proof-of-value engagements that bring Pega’s capabilities to life.
• Engage with Pega’s partner ecosystem to align on solution designs, delivery approaches, and joint value propositions.
• Operate with curiosity—constantly exploring new industries, technologies, and customer challenges to drive stronger outcomes.
• Work seamlessly in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and travel as needed to support client engagements.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about people, technology, and helping clients solve meaningful problems through innovation.
• A strategic thinker with experience in pre‑sales, consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software development.
• Adept at creating and delivering compelling solution demonstrations that speak to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Skilled in discovery, active listening, and translating customer needs into clear, value‑driven solution narratives.
• Someone with strong SAP domain knowledge who enjoys connecting Pega with SAP to design elegant, future‑ready automation solutions.
• Naturally curious—always asking questions, exploring possibilities, and challenging the status quo.

What You've Accomplished:

• Proven success in building strong client relationships and driving successful business outcomes.
• Experience working across multiple industries or verticals.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate new technologies and approaches.
• Familiarity with technologies such as AI, decisioning, workflow automation, and customer engagement platforms.
• Background in diverse SAP environments—from BTP and ECC to S/4HANA and other enterprise‑level solutions—covering a variety of processes and domains.
• Understanding of SAP modules or processes such as Product Planning, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report.
