We are living and working in a hybrid world. Your home doubles as your office. Sporadic in-person meetings feel like special social events (or at the very least, give us an excuse to dress up and leave the house). We continue to adjust and adapt to new ways of working while trying to keep pace with constantly evolving markets and technology.

In his keynote, Pega’s CEO and Founder, Alan Trefler, explains how businesses can successfully move from increased complexity to increased dexterity, one step at a time. Don Schuerman, Pega’s chief technology officer and vice president of product strategy, and Katie Alberti, senior product marketing manager for intelligent automation, provide suggestions to achieving balance and moments of clarity through insights from Pega’s research report, The Future of IT.
