What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead the Design and Development of GenAI Solutions: Spearhead the creation and management of advanced, Kubernetes-native systems using Golang, Java, or Python, with a primary focus on integrating, optimizing, and scaling Generative AI models across Pega Cloud’s infrastructure.
• Architect Cloud-Native GenAI Services: Develop innovative service designs in a cloud-native environment, leveraging microservices and serverless frameworks to deliver robust, scalable, and highly available GenAI-powered solutions. Your work will directly influence the evolution of SaaS offerings and drive Pega’s GenAI transformation.
• Champion GenAI Quality and Automation: Establish and enforce rigorous testing and automation practices tailored for GenAI systems, ensuring smooth, reliable releases and continuous improvement in model performance and reliability.
• Drive GenAI Innovation: Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in the Generative AI space. You’ll be expected to stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new GenAI models and use cases, and bring cutting-edge advancements into Pega Cloud’s ecosystem.
• Collaborate for GenAI Success: Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Operations teams in an Agile environment to deliver GenAI-driven features and solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate GenAI adoption and impact.
• Mentor and Empower GenAI Talent: Act as a GenAI thought leader and mentor, supporting teammates by sharing deep expertise in Generative AI development, deployment, and best practices. Guide the team in applying GenAI to real-world business challenges and advancing Pega’s “as-a-Service” evolution.

What You've Accomplished:

• Extensive relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Designed microservices-based architecture leveraging cloud-native design patterns and serverless frameworks, with emphasis on scalability and HA.
• Good knowledge of Golang, Java or similar languages.
• Good understanding and experience in Cloud technologies, ideally with multi - cloud perspective (AWS Associate Architect certification or equivalent for Google or Azure is a plus).
• Good knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes (having CKAD certification is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (Helm/Terraform).
• Proven ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, debug, and Linux and development stack (Linux, Tomcat, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• A commitment to staying current with Generative AI advancements and applying them to real-world use cases.
• Very good command of English.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 226,300 - 344,800 PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
