What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Manage Partnership with Strategic Partners, own relationship, and governance, put business plan in place, wok on execution plan, establish periodic cadence and review at all levels, track progress and own KPIs for successful performance of partnership.
  • Showcase Partner, seek mindshare and support for Partners within Pega from cross functional teams and leadership for agreed collaboration initiatives and success.
  • Constantly work on ways to improve partnership by coming up with ideas, thought leadership, and Executive buy in.
  • Develop a very good understanding about Partner business, strategy, priorities, challenges and develop a very clear PoV on how to leverage the partnership for best outcome that aligns with Pega’s Organizational priority and strategy.
  • Build Relationship with CXOs at Partner org, have a very good understanding of their priorities, expectations, and plan.
  • Carry Goal for overall partner success and focus on driving Sale and Delivery Motion with partners, Elevate Practice and Delivery Excellence, Enhance relevance of partnerships for both.
  • Track and Report Progress, Achievements and highlight Risk and Area of improvement transparently.

Who You Are:

Alliance and Partnership Experience of Managing Large SIs/OEMs with expertise on building and maintaining CXO relationship, Building Mindshare, Developing Consensus, A good negotiation skill with emphasis on win – win, team player and collaborator, someone who owns outcome, has ability to blend short term goal with long term strategy, ability to comprehend “larger picture” of business, works in a matrix environment and knows how to get job done, a good communicator with sales and account management skills

You are a seasoned Alliance Professional, committed to work with Partners in providing them leadership on how Pega and Partner can jointly help change the way businesses engage with their customers. You should be passionate about making the world’s leading organizations more effective in optimizing the customer value of their customer base.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA will be a plus.
  • 17-22 years of experience in Strategic Alliance, Channels, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing of which 5+ year must be in Alliances and Partner Management
  • Must have worked in Large SIs, OEMs in Enterprise Software / Solution business.
  • A good understanding of current trends in Technology, offerings, and players. Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively.
  • Good understanding of how Global Economy, Country Level Policies, Compliance Requirement and Market Preferences are changing and influencing technology adoption and decisions.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and fast-paced environment
