Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Pega, you will own and drive critical cloud platform and developer experience capabilities that power a large-scale, enterprise SaaS platform. You will work at the intersection of Cloud, Platform, Product and Operations, and developer tooling, translating complex technical challenges into clear product outcomes that improve platform resilience, scalability, and deployment predictability.

This role is a high-impact individual contributor position, central to delivering reliable, automated, and enterprise-grade cloud platform services used by internal engineering teams and global enterprise customers.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Set product strategy using data-driven decisions by defining a clear cloud platform vision and roadmap, grounding priorities and trade-offs in platform metrics, customer feedback, and business outcomes.
• Design for scale and long-term resilience by balancing near-term delivery with multi-tenant scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery needs across a large enterprise SaaS platform.
• Drive platform reliability through measurable outcomes, owning availability, recovery, and operational readiness KPIs and partnering with engineering and operations to deliver automated, testable, and scalable solutions.
• Enable safe change at scale by leading deployment orchestration, governance, and automation strategies that reduce risk, eliminate manual toil, and support predictable releases across environments.
• Champion intuitive developer and operator experiences by improving end-to-end workflows and ensuring platform capabilities surface as clear, actionable, and productivity-enhancing experiences.
• Execute through Agile and strong cross-functional collaboration, acting as Product Owner, prioritizing the backlog, and communicating product decisions, progress, and trade-offs clearly to engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

What You've Accomplished:

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Development and Architectural roles across Cloud solutions and 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar roles.
• Experience building or owning cloud, platform, or developer-facing products
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and Product Owner responsibilities
• Proven ability to work with distributed, cross-functional engineering teams and influence at scale
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, outcome-focused manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or equivalents)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment orchestration, reliability engineering, or cloud operations
• Familiarity with infrastructure, control plane, or shared platform services
• Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
