Meet Our Team:
Pega’s Talent Attraction team is where people, brand, and data collide. We’re focused on building a candidate experience that feels modern, human, and intentional—not transactional.
As our intern, you’ll jump straight into real projects: gathering feedback on our candidate process through focus groups, helping improve our careers site, and exploring how platforms like TikTok and Instagram can play a real role in recruiting. You won’t be watching from the sidelines—your ideas, research, and recommendations will directly influence how we attract talent.

Your work is visible, your perspective is valued, and your growth is intentional—supported by competitive compensation that recognizes your contributions.
