Meet Our Team:

You will be joining Pega’s Solutions Consulting organization with a dedicated focus on our strategic partner ecosystem. This team serves as trusted advisors, architects, and technical strategists, partnering with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Hyperscalers, and strategic partners to accelerate adoption of Pega’s AI-first platform and drive scalable transformation across industries.

We influence product direction through continuous collaboration with Product Management and Engineering, ensuring innovations align with partner needs and competitive differentiation. Working closely with Consulting Partner Managers, and broader GTM teams, we build partner’s technical competency, shape joint go-to-market motions, and deliver compelling demos, solution blueprints, and co-innovation programs that strengthen partner-led sales and delivery excellence.

In this role as Senior Partner Solutions Consultant, you will be the hands-on technical leader and trusted advisor to strategic partners, enabling technical excellence, and helping them accelerate their sales motions as per agreed plan. You will collaborate closely with Partner Managers and Partner Delivery Success leaders to position Pega as the AI-first transformation platform of choice.

Your work directly influences both Pega’s and partners’ ACV growth by shaping technical strategy, co-solutioning industry offerings, and elevating the quality of partner-led pre-sales engagements. You will drive adoption of Blueprint-led modernization, architect AI-powered solutions, and guide partners in delivering repeatable, differentiated outcomes across industries.

You will have a dual focus on turning partners into Pega evangelists as well as helping Pega drive ACV through partner selling.

You will shape the future of digital transformation by influencing C-level technology strategies across Pega’s most strategic partners. You will lead conversations with CTOs, platform leaders, and industry heads—translating technical vision into actionable delivery by designing modern, AI-infused architectures that scale.

Your role will span executive strategy through deep hands-on technical engagements. You will lead immersive workshops, blueprinting sessions, hackathons, and partner enablement programs that create real behavioral change and accelerate partner competency.

You’ll build partner evangelists, and strengthen the ecosystem’s ability to independently position, build, and deploy Pega-powered solutions in alignment with Global Partner Management.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Drive Joint Client & Partner Engagements

Work with GSIs, Hyperscalers, and strategic partners to jointly engage clients—including Partner Executive Briefing Centres and GCC triangulation—to articulate compelling Pega + Partner value propositions that accelerate and advance sales cycles.

Strengthen Partner Pre-Sales Excellence

Enable partner pre-sales, COEs, and solutioning teams to elevate the quality of Pega-attached bids, demos, and proposals, ensuring stronger differentiation and increased win rates.

Provide Strategic Advisory to GSIs & Hyperscalers

Advise partner practice leaders and technical executives on co-sell strategies, cloud marketplace offerings, and joint GTM opportunities to expand market reach and accelerate pipeline creation.

Co-Create Accelerated Industry Solutions

Lead the architecture and creation of repeatable industry solutions and partner-led offerings—such as Aftermarket Services, Customer Onboarding, and Order-to-Cash—to drive scalable, reusable transformation outcomes.

Enable Non-Linear Partner-Led Growth

Equip MSPs, BPOs, ISVs, and Product/Platform partners to embed and sell Pega capabilities within their offerings—creating new monetization models and enabling autonomous partner-led sales.

Amplify Partner Success & Ecosystem Visibility

Drive joint thought leadership, solution briefs, offering documentation, client wins, and references to amplify partner innovations and build ecosystem demand.

Deliver Technical Enablement Across Partner Personas

Build strong technical capability across partner organizations by enabling Architects, Industry Principals, Product/Platform Leaders, and Services/Operations leaders on Pega technologies, best practices, AI frameworks, and modern architecture patterns.

Who You Are:

You are a senior technology strategist and hands-on architect with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and enterprise transformation. You blend AI-first solutioning expertise with the executive presence needed to influence practice leaders, CTOs, and engineering teams.

You bring:

  • Expertise in designing AI-first, cloud-native architectures and modernizing enterprise systems
  • Strong experience working with GSIs, Hyperscalers, or large partner organizations
  • Ability to influence at the executive level while diving deep with architects and engineers
  • Hands-on familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or equivalent AI/ML services
  • Demonstrated capability to drive partner practice maturity and autonomous delivery
  • Strong storytelling and differentiation skills in competitive or complex environments
  • Passion for innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning
  • Prior experience in partner delivery and transformation across global ecosystems is highly preferred
