We prioritize client stories due to an overwhelming number of submissions. Pega partners who submit stories that integrate a client into their session tend to have a higher acceptance rate.

Each year, we’re asked what type of stories we are looking for. We are calling for internal and client stories that highlight how you’ve applied AI to automation, decisioning, servicing, sales, and operations to unlock human ingenuity and capacity. Emphasize exceptional outcomes and highlight how Pega technology has influenced those outcomes. Specifically, we’d love to hear how you’ve made your interactions with customers more engaging and meaningful, intelligently guided and automated sales and service, and continuously optimized your processes. For instance: Have you infused generative AI into your business? Tell us! Have you moved toward an autonomous enterprise with Process AI? We want to know! We want stories centered around:

  • Personalized Engagement: In a world rife with change, and an increasingly digital landscape, we need to make personal connections to each of our individual customers. We need to make them feel heard, seen, known. We want to hear how you are providing hyper-relevant messaging, maximizing customer value, and building long-lasting relationships using AI-powered decisioning, impactful analytics, real-time data activation, and the Customer Decision Hub. In particular, how: 
    • Pega works as the decision brain in the center of your tech stack
    • You’ve transitioned from traditional marketing to next best action
    • You’ve integrated into other systems for insight and personalization
  • Automating Customer Service: Service should be effortless, work should be automated, and every agent should be able to be your BEST agent. Specifically, how you’ve:

Each submission should be engaging with a clearly articulated abstract and dedicated speaker who will lead the session. If chosen, your abstract will be published on PegaWorld.com, so it should be compelling and clearly communicate what attendees can expect from your session. Selection process

Proposals go through multiple evaluations. Final selections are made by an internal committee whose goal is to assemble the best program possible. You may be contacted for additional information during the review process.

All applicants will be notified with a decision by late November 2023. Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to provide specific feedback.

Congrats! Next, you’ll begin a multi-step process to develop your presentation, working closely with your session owner. This process helps both new and experienced speakers stay on target for session delivery and ensure the best session possible.

We appreciate you taking the time to submit your ideas but unfortunately, we cannot accept them all. We keep all submissions on hand should a good speaking opportunity present itself at a future event.

This year, each session will be structured as a 45-minute breakout with 30 minutes dedicated to the content. The remaining 15 minutes will be reserved for Q&A. Be sure to get into the “how” of your journey as well as the “what” and “why.” Our attendees want all the details of your success!

Acceptance notifications will clearly articulate the capacity in which the proposal has been accepted. Although we cannot guarantee session preference type, we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

If you are passionate, knowledgeable, and armed with a great story, we encourage you to submit – even if you have never attended PegaWorld before or are new to speaking. PegaWorld iNspire welcomes first-time speakers and will provide a lot of support and encouragement along the way.
