Government attendees can register for PegaWorld iNspire 2024 at a flat rate of $795. Select “Government” in the “Registration Type” dropdown and use a valid government email when registering. You must be a government employee and show a government-issued ID at the event check-in. Failure to do so will result in a full fee of $1,795.
After completing the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation email. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder. Please contact [email protected] if you still cannot find it.
If you select one of the team pass options (5 or 10 passes), you will receive an email within 24 hours containing one code that can be applied to the remaining passes. Each attendee will also receive an individual confirmation email.
Our Team Pass program gives organizations the opportunity to send multiple employees to PegaWorld iNspire at a deep discount. Team passes are now available to purchase through April 30, 2024.

No problem! Team passes can be purchased in packs of five. All team packages greater than 10 cost $695 per pass and cannot be combined with any other discount. To take advantage of this offer, please email [email protected].

Step 1: Visit PegaWorld.com, click on the “Register Now” button, and fill out the required information for registering.
Step 2: When you reach the Registration Items step, select either "Team passes - 5 passes at $795/pass” or “Team passes - 10 passes at $695/pass."
For more than 10, email [email protected]. The price per pass for a quantity greater than 10 is $695.
Step 3: Complete the payment step.
Step 4: Complete registration.
Step 5: Within 24 hours of payment receipt, the purchaser will receive an email from [email protected] with a single registration code to share with your team.
Step 6: To redeem a code, enter the code on the payment screen of registration, where it says, “Enter your discount code.” Then click the “Apply” button. Once applied, the registration fee will update to $0.

The Pega Client Advocacy Program is a network that connects Pega advocates with peers across industries to share success stories. This program empowers Pega’s clients to expand their networks and status as thought leaders by serving as a sales reference and participating in a variety of public-facing reference activities. Clients earn Pega Points for participating. Pega Points can be redeemed for things like PegaWorld iNspire passes. To learn more about the program and how to earn Pega Points, please visit the Client Advocacy Program Community page. Pega Partners are not eligible to join this clients-only program.
Yes! Student/faculty passes are available for $300. You must be a full-time student or faculty member as of June 2024 to purchase. At check-in, you will be required to show a valid ID indicating your age – driver’s license, government-issued identification card, military identification, or passport – and a valid college or university photo ID. Faculty (defined as instructors/teachers/professors at an accredited university or college) need a college or university photo ID, or an official letter verifying their status. Without proof of student/faculty status, you will be charged the full $1,795 registration fee and denied entry without proper age documentation.
A limited number of event guest passes are available to purchase onsite for $150 per event and are limited to one guest per attendee for either the Sunday evening Welcome Reception or the Monday evening event. No discounts or refunds can be applied. Passes are subject to Pegasystems’ discretion and availability.
Guests must be 21 or older and can only attend the purchased evening event(s). Guests are not permitted to attend any conference sessions, the Innovation Hub, meals, or other events.
Cancellations for registration or fee-based training courses can be made until Monday, May 20, 2024 (or 15 business days before the event). Refunds take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank. Payment by check requires two weeks to process.
Cancellations received after May 20, 2024, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
To cancel a single registration, log in to your registration, click the “Cancel registration” button at the top of the page, review the information, and then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page to complete your cancellation. You can also email your full name and confirmation number to [email protected]. Team Pass purchases are nonrefundable.
If you cancel your conference registration, Pega will not cancel your hotel or flight bookings. Remember to cancel them if already booked.
Your registration will automatically be updated upon your approval as a PegaWorld iNspire speaker. The PegaWorld iNspire registration team will process your registration fee refund, which takes 5–7 business days to process depending on your bank. You can also contact the registration team to verify your status and/or refund at [email protected].
Each PegaWorld iNspire attendee gets a single badge granting access to the conference, events, and any other function associated with PegaWorld. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Entrance to the conference or conference events, including evening events, without an official conference badge will be denied. Badge swapping or sharing is prohibited and will lead to registration cancellation without refund. Lost badges can be replaced for $300 at the registration desk.
PegaWorld iNspire check-in will be at the MGM Grand in Studio Ballroom B. A valid photo ID is required to collect your badge. Badge swapping or sharing is prohibited, and violations of this policy will result in cancellation of registration without refund. Additional details about check-in and collecting your badge onsite will be sent closer to the event.
Agenda & training
PegaWorld iNspire will feature a variety of content on the latest and greatest Pega developments. Catering to everyone from executives to developers, the event will host 80 breakout sessions delivered by clients, Pega experts, and partners. The conference will also feature multiple keynotes led by clients and Pega on Monday and Tuesday, along with live demos in the Innovation Hub presented by Pega and our world-class sponsors. Whether you are new to Pega or an advanced user, PegaWorld iNspire offers hands-on training courses led by Pega-certified instructors to increase your knowledge of Pega’s technology. These courses are offered on Sunday, June 9 to PegaWorld iNspire attendees for a nominal fee of $200 and require pre-registration.
If you are a Client Advocacy Program member and have Pega Points, you can use them to enroll in hands-on training classes (1 Pega Point = $1 USD).
Keep an eye on the PegaWorld iNspire website for the announcement of the training schedule and registration opening in early 2024.
Once classes are announced, you can register for these courses online as part of your original registration. If you wish to add training later on, you can go back into your registration (details found in your confirmation email) and add in the courses or contact the PegaWorld iNspire registration team at [email protected] for assistance.
Please note that there is an additional cost for training classes of $200 per course. Payment is due at the time of training class registration.
To register for the chess tournament, add it during your initial registration or later on by revisiting your registration details from your confirmation email. If you need assistance, please contact [email protected]. Registration ends on May 10, 2024, and there is no additional fee. 15 players will be randomly selected and will be notified prior to PegaWorld iNspire.
To request a visa invitation letter for PegaWorld iNspire, you must first register for the conference. Then, email [email protected] with the following details:
- First name as listed on passport
- Last name as listed on passport
- Full name as listed on registration
- Country of origin
- Passport number
- Passport expiration date
- Date of birth
- Full address of your local United States embassy/consulate
- Company name
We strongly recommend starting the visa process as soon as possible after registering. Please be sure to check your country's international travel requirements to help prevent unexpected delays for visa processing. Please note that a visa invitation letter does not guarantee a visa, and Pegasystems only provides visa invitations for registered attendees.

All PegaWorld iNspire conference activities will be held onsite at the MGM Grand Hotel.
To book a hotel room for PegaWorld iNspire 2024, you must be a registered attendee. Use the reservation link in your registration confirmation email or click the “BOOK HOTEL” link on your confirmed registration page. We recommend booking your hotel room at the time of registration as the hotel room block is expected to sell out. This rate is not available on public hotel booking sites.
If you’re a PegaWorld iNspire 2024 speaker who has not booked a hotel during registration, please email [email protected] for the dedicated reservation site.
Contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. Cancellations are permitted without penalty for up to 72 hours (about three days) before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with less than 72-hours’ notice, your credit/debit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, and the remaining nights will be cancelled.
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the day after your confirmed arrival date. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the first night’s room and tax. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be cancelled. Please notify the hotel directly if you need to change your arrival date.
Yes. However, if the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in, or a faxed credit card authorization form must be set up with the hotel prior to your arrival. Please contact the MGM Grand Hotel directly at (877) 880-0880 for more information.
Self-parking in the MGM Grand’s Main Parking Garage is complimentary for those attending PegaWorld. Parking validation stickers will be at the PegaWorld Registration Desk.
Valet parking is available for $35/day Monday through Thursday and $40/day Friday through Sunday. Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability.For the most up-to-date information, visit the MGM Grand’s website.

Accessibility & meals
Pega strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. During the registration process, there will be a section to indicate a special request. A PegaWorld team member will be in touch to help accommodate your request after your registration is submitted. Food offerings at conference functions will accommodate a variety of dietary needs, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, and dairy free. Please note, offerings may be prepared in a single facility. We encourage all attendees to read food labels and to speak with event personnel if you have any questions. If you would like to request a halal or kosher meal, please email [email protected] by Friday, May 31, 2024. We may not be able to address requests received after this date. The week before the conference, you will receive an email with instructions and additional information about special meal pickup.
