We offer a flat rate from now through the event for all government attendees at $795 per ticket. To secure government pricing, please select “Government” from the “Registration Type” dropdown when registering. Please be sure to enter a valid government email address.
Government attendees must be employed by a government agency and able to provide government-issued identification during event check-in. Failure to provide proper identification will result in a charge of the full onsite PegaWorld iNspire registration fee of $1,795.
After you’ve completed the registration form, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email. Make sure you check your spam folder if you cannot find this email in your inbox. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at [email protected].
If you selected one of the team pass options of 5, 10, or 15 passes, you will receive an email from [email protected] within 24 hours containing one code that can be applied to the remaining passes. All attendees will also receive their own individual confirmation.
Our Team Pass program gives organizations the opportunity to send multiple employees to PegaWorld iNspire at a deep discount. Team passes are now available to purchase through April 7, 2023.

No problem! Team passes can be purchased in packs of five. All team packages greater than 15 cost $695 per pass and cannot be combined with any other discount. To take advantage of this offer, please email [email protected].
Team passes are now available to purchase through April 7, 2023. All team passes must be redeemed by May 12, 2023.
Step 1: Access registration from PegaWorld.com and fill out the required information.
Step 2: When you select registration items, select “Team Passes” in the quantity you would like to purchase (5, 10, 15 passes).
- If an attendee wants to purchase a quantity greater than 15, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
- The price per pass at a quantity greater than 10 is $695.
Step 3: Complete registration.
Step 4: Within 24 hours of payment receipt, the purchaser will receive an email from [email protected] containing a single registration code. Share this code with your friends and colleagues so that they can register and join you at PegaWorld.
Step 5: To redeem a code, enter the code on the payment screen of registration, where it says, “Discount Code.” Once applied, the registration fee will update to $0.

- All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
Team passes must be purchased with U.S. dollars or via redeeming Pega Points in increments of 5 or 10 and cannot be combined with any other discount. Team passes are nonrefundable. The Team Pass program will not be available for purchase after April 7, 2023. All team passes must be redeemed by May 12, 2023.
You may redeem your Pega Points through the Client Advocacy Program for individual, team, or training passes. Contact [email protected] to apply your points or to check your current point balance. The Client Advocacy Program team will then provide you with a discount code you can apply during the registration process.

The Pega Client Advocacy Program is a network that connects Pega advocates with peers across industries to share success stories. This program empowers Pega’s clients to expand their networks and status as thought leaders by serving as a sales reference and participating in a variety of public-facing reference activities. Clients earn Pega Points for participating. Pega Points can be redeemed for things like PegaWorld iNspire passes. To learn more about the program and how to earn Pega Points, please visit the Client Advocacy Program Community page. Pega Partners are not eligible to join this clients-only program.
Yes! Student/faculty passes are available for $300 per pass. To purchase, you need to be enrolled as a full-time student or employed as a full-time faculty member as of June 2023.
At event check-in, the following documentation will be required:
- Students must provide a valid U.S. driver’s license or government passport indicating that they are at least 21 years old at the time of the event.
- Students must also provide a valid university or college photo ID.
- Full-time faculty (defined as instructors/teachers/professors at an accredited university or college) must provide a valid university or college photo ID or an official letter from their institution verifying faculty status.
Failure to produce proof of student/faculty status will result in a charge of the full onsite PegaWorld iNspire registration fee of $1,795. Entrance to the event will be denied if you fail to produce the appropriate documentation indicating your age.
A limited number of event guest passes (one guest per registered attendee) will be available for purchase onsite for the Welcome Reception on Sunday and the evening event on Monday at an additional cost of $150 per event. Guest passes may only be purchased for one evening event per registered attendee. Discounts do not apply. Passes are subject to the discretion of Pegasystems and subject to availability. No refunds are available for guest passes. All guests must be 21 or older to attend available events.
Guests are not permitted to attend any PegaWorld iNspire conference sessions, the Innovation Hub, meals, or events outside of the evening events purchased.
Cancellations for registration or fee-based training courses can be done up until Monday, May 22, 2023 (or 15 business days prior to the start of the event). Refunds take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank. Payment by check requires two weeks to process.
Cancellations received after May 22, 2023, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
Cancellations for single registrations can be done online or submitted in writing. To cancel online, log in to your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “UNREGISTER” located at the top of the page. Review the information, then select “FINISH” at the bottom of the screen to complete your cancellation.
To cancel in writing, please email [email protected] and include your full name and confirmation number. All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
Pega will not cancel your hotel or flight reservations as a result of conference registration cancellation. Don’t forget to cancel your hotel reservation and flights if you have already booked them.
Your registration will automatically be updated upon your approval as a PegaWorld iNspire speaker. The PegaWorld iNspire registration team will process your registration fee refund, which takes 5–7 business days to process depending on your bank. You can also contact the registration team to verify your status and/or refund at [email protected].
A single badge will be issued to each individual PegaWorld iNspire registrant. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in.
Conference badges allow access to all events, including keynote sessions, breakout sessions, the Innovation Hub, evening events, and any other events or functions associated with PegaWorld iNspire. No one will be allowed entrance to the conference or conference events, including evening events, without an official PegaWorld iNspire conference badge.
Badge swapping or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of the registration without refund.
Lost conference badges can be replaced for $150.00 and are available for purchase at PegaWorld iNspire Registration.
PegaWorld iNspire check-in will be at the MGM Grand. A valid photo ID is required to collect your badge. Badge swapping or sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of registration without refund.
Additional details about how to check-in and collect your badge onsite will be sent closer to the event.

You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa to attend PegaWorld iNspire. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation.
If you would like to request a visa invitation letter, please send an email to [email protected] and provide the following information:
- First name as listed on passport
- Last name as listed on passport
- Full name as listed on registration
- Country of origin
- Passport number
- Passport expiration date
- Date of birth
- Full address of your local United States embassy/consulate
- Company name
Due to COVID-19 and COVID-related travel bans, there may be delays in securing a visa through your embassy. If you require a visa, we strongly recommend that you register for the event and start the visa process as soon as possible.
Please note that requesting a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend PegaWorld iNspire. Pegasystems will only provide visa invitations for registered PegaWorld iNspire attendees.

All PegaWorld iNspire conference activities will be held onsite at the MGM Grand Hotel.
You must be a registered attendee for PegaWorld iNspire 2023 to book your hotel reservation. You must either use the reservation link provided in the registration confirmation email or open your confirmed reservation and click the “BOOK HOTEL” link found at the top of the registration page. The rate is not available on any public hotel booking website.
If you are a speaker at PegaWorld iNspire 2023 and did not complete your hotel reservation while registering for the event, please email [email protected] to receive the hotel reservation site dedicated to PegaWorld iNspire speakers only.
Contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. Cancellations are permitted without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with less than 72-hours’ notice, your credit/debit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, and the remaining nights will be cancelled.
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the day after your confirmed arrival date. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the first night’s room and tax. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be cancelled. Please notify the hotel directly if you need to change your arrival date.
Yes. However, if the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in, or a faxed credit card authorization form must be set up with the hotel prior to your arrival. Please contact the MGM Grand Hotel directly at (877) 880-0880 for more information.
Self-parking in MGM Grand’s Main Parking Garage is complimentary for those attending PegaWorld. Parking validation stickers will be at the PegaWorld Registration Desk.
Valet parking is available for $26/day Monday through Thursday and $30/day Friday through Sunday. Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability.

Agenda, training, & workshops
Content will range from executive keynotes to hands-on training to case study presentations to live demos. There will be content that is geared to executives as well as developers and everyone in between. PegaWorld iNspire will offer 80+ breakout sessions delivered by clients, Pega experts, and partners; multiple keynote sessions on both Monday and Tuesday; and live demos brought to you by Pega and our world-class sponsors in the Innovation Hub. Whether you are new to Pega or an advanced user, PegaWorld iNspire offers hands-on training courses led by Pega-certified instructors to increase your knowledge of Pega’s technology. These courses are offered to PegaWorld iNspire attendees on Sunday, June 11 for a nominal fee of $200 and require pre-registration.
If you are a Client Advocacy Program member and have Pega Points, you can use them to purchase hands-on training classes (1 Pega Point = $1 USD).

You can register for these sessions online as part of your original registration. If you wish to add training at a later date, you can go back into your registration (details in your confirmation email) and add in the classes or contact the PegaWorld iNspire registration team at [email protected] for assistance.
Please note that there is an additional cost for training classes of $200 per course. Payment is due at the time of training class registration.
Our registration team will notify you via email if an opening becomes available. If you are contacted, you may register and submit payment. To register, log into your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “Modify” located at the top of the page and follow the prompts to add your selection and process payment. Contact the PegaWorld registration team at [email protected] if you need assistance.
Pega will offer onsite certification exams at PegaWorld. Exams cost $175. There are three ways to register. Learn more on the Certification page of the PegaWorld website.
- Online registration. Access the PegaWorld 2023 exam registration site to register online. Log in with your Pearson VUE account. If you do not have a Pearson VUE account, create one when you register online. Once you have your Pearson VUE username and password, register online to take any Pega exam at the conference.
- Telephone registration. Register with a Pearson VUE call center agent. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, call toll-free (800) 433-1299. To speak with an agent outside of the U.S. or Canada, view our complete telephone list. Please indicate that you want to take the exam at the PegaWorld 2023 conference location.
- On-site registration. To register on-site at PegaWorld, stop by the Pega exam location and bring your Pearson VUE account login information. You can register to take your exam the same day if space is available.
Pega strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. During registration, there will be a section to indicate a special request. A PegaWorld team member will be in touch to help accommodate your request after your registration is submitted.

Food offerings at conference functions will accommodate a variety of dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, and dairy free. Please note, offerings may be prepared in a single facility. We encourage all attendees to read food labels and to speak with event personnel if you have any questions. If you would like to request a halal or kosher meal, please email [email protected] by Friday, June 2, 2023. We may not be able to address requests received after this date.
The week prior to the conference, you will receive an email containing instructions and additional information regarding special meal pickup during the conference.
