Government attendees can register for PegaWorld 2025 at a flat rate of $795. Select “Government” in the “Registration Type” dropdown and use a valid government email when registering. You must be a government employee and show a government-issued ID at the event check-in. Failure to do so will result in a full fee of $1,795. Government employees can take advantage of the Team Pass program for large groups. There is no specific group rate for government employees.

We accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Registration cannot be completed without payment.

The Pega Client Reference Program (formerly known as the Client Advocacy Program) is a network that connects Pega advocates with peers across industries to share success stories. This program empowers Pega’s clients to expand their networks and status as thought leaders by serving as a sales reference and participating in a variety of public-facing reference activities. Clients earn Pega Points for participating. Pega Points can be redeemed for things like PegaWorld passes. To learn more about the program and how to earn Pega Points, please visit the Client Reference Program Community page. Pega Partners are not eligible to join this clients-only program.

Yes! Student/faculty passes are available for $300. You must be a full-time student or faculty member as of June 2025 to purchase. At check-in, you will be required to show a valid ID indicating your age – driver’s license, government-issued identification card, military identification, or passport – and a valid college or university photo ID. Faculty (defined as instructors/teachers/professors at an accredited university or college) need a college or university photo ID, or an official letter verifying their status. Without proof of student/faculty status, you will be charged the full $1,795 registration fee and denied entry without proper age documentation.

Easy! To register as a student or faculty, select “Student/faculty member” under the registration type field located at the beginning of registration.

A limited number of event guest passes are available to purchase onsite for $150 per event and are limited to one guest per attendee for either the Sunday evening Welcome Reception or the Monday evening event. No discounts or refunds can be applied. Passes are subject to Pegasystems’ discretion and availability.

Guests must be 21 or older and can only attend the purchased evening event(s). Guests are not permitted to attend any conference sessions, the Innovation Hub, meals, or other events.

All team passes must be redeemed by Friday, May 2, 2025.

Cancellations for registration or fee-based training courses can be made until Friday, May 9, 2025. Refunds take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank. Payment by check requires two weeks to process.

Cancellations received after May 9, 2025, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.

To cancel a single registration, log in to your registration, click the “Cancel registration” button at the bottom of the page, review the information, and then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page to complete your cancellation. You can also email your full name and confirmation number to [email protected]. Team Pass purchases are nonrefundable.

If you cancel your conference registration, Pega will not cancel your hotel or flight bookings. Remember to cancel them if already booked.

Your registration will automatically be updated upon your approval as a PegaWorld speaker. The PegaWorld registration team will process your registration fee refund, which takes 7-10 business days to process depending on your bank. You can also contact the registration team to verify your status and/or refund at [email protected].

Contact the registration team at [email protected] to apply the comp and process a refund. Codes will not be accepted after Friday, May 2, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after this date.

Each PegaWorld attendee gets a single badge granting access to the conference, events, and any other function associated with PegaWorld. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Entrance to the conference or conference events, including evening events, without an official conference badge will be denied. Badge swapping or sharing is prohibited and will lead to registration cancellation without refund. Lost badges can be replaced for $300 at the registration desk.

PegaWorld check-in will be at the MGM Grand in Studio Ballroom B. A valid photo ID is required to collect your badge. Badge swapping or sharing is prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of registration without refund. Additional details about check-in and collecting your badge onsite will be sent closer to the event.

Transfers only within the same organization will be honored. If a registration transfer is needed, please send your request to [email protected] for approval.

We understand the importance of providing a valuable experience for our attendees, which is why we are offering a comprehensive money back program for anyone who registers prior to June 1, 2025.

• Satisfaction guarantee: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the content at PegaWorld 2025 after attending at least two days of the event, Pega will issue a refund of the full event registration fee paid for your attendance (upon request and approval).
• Travel expense reimbursement: Pega will also reimburse valid receipts for up to $2,000 USD for flight, accommodation, and transportation expenses reasonably incurred to attend PegaWorld 2025 (upon request and approval).
• Refund process: To request a refund and reimbursement, submit a written request with your detailed feedback on why the content at PegaWorld 2025 did not meet your expectations and receipts by end of day June 10, 2025. Pega will assess eligibility within 21 days and determine if you are approved.
• Refund timeline: If your request is approved, Pega will process the refund within 30 days of its approval.
• Important terms: Attendees must comply with event rules and guidelines to be eligible for any refund or reimbursement. Pega reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Pega Partners are not eligible for this program. The program is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. By submitting a claim, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PegaWorld will feature a variety of content on the latest and greatest Pega developments. Catering to everyone from executives to developers, the event will host 80 breakout sessions delivered by clients, Pega experts, and partners. The conference will also feature multiple keynotes led by clients and Pega on Monday and Tuesday, along with live demos in the Innovation Hub presented by Pega and our world-class sponsors. Whether you are new to Pega or an advanced user, PegaWorld offers hands-on training courses led by Pega-certified instructors to increase your knowledge of Pega's technology. These courses are offered to PegaWorld attendees on Sunday, June 1 for a nominal fee of $200 and require pre-registration.

If you are a Client Reference Program member and have Pega Points, you can use them to purchase hands-on training classes (1 Pega Point = $1 USD).

You can register for these courses online as part of your original registration. If you wish to add training later on, you can go back into your registration (details found in your confirmation email) and add in the courses or contact the PegaWorld registration team at [email protected] for assistance.

Please note that there is an additional cost for training classes of $200 per course. Payment is due at the time of training class registration.

Our registration team will notify you via email if an opening becomes available. If you are contacted, you will have 24 hours to select the course in your registration and submit payment. Otherwise, the course will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

To register, log into your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “Modify” located at the top of the page and follow the prompts to add your selection and process payment. Contact the PegaWorld registration team at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Pega will offer onsite certification exams at PegaWorld. Exams cost $190. There are three ways to register. Learn more on the Certification page of the PegaWorld website.

1. Online registration. Access the PegaWorld 2025 exam registration site to register online. Log in with your Pearson VUE account. If you do not have a Pearson VUE account, create one when you register online. Once you have your Pearson VUE username and password, register online to take any Pega exam at the conference.
2. Telephone registration. Register with a Pearson VUE call center agent. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, call toll-free (800) 433-1299. To speak with an agent outside of the U.S. or Canada, view our complete telephone list. Please indicate that you want to take the exam at the PegaWorld 2023 conference location.
3. On-site registration. To register on-site at PegaWorld, stop by the Pega exam location and bring your Pearson VUE account login information. You can register to take your exam the same day if space is available.

Exam start times will be strictly enforced. If you are late or miss your exam time, you will need to register for the next time slot with available space.

Yes. Please note that you can only sign up for one morning class and one afternoon class.

Yes. Refunds will be granted if the cancellation request is made by Friday, May 9, 2025. Refunds will not be granted if the cancellation request is made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for no-shows onsite.

Pega offers additional courses outside of PegaWorld to further grow your Pega experience. A full list of courses can be found on the Pega Academy website.

Alan Trefler, Pega Founder & CEO and former World Open Chess Tournament Champion, simultaneously challenges 15 PegaWorld attendees to a friendly game of chess in the Innovation Hub on Tuesday afternoon.

To register for the chess tournament, add it during your initial registration or later on by revisiting your registration details from your confirmation email. If you need assistance, please contact [email protected]. Registration ends on Friday, May 2, 2025, and there is no additional fee. 15 players will be randomly selected and notified prior to PegaWorld.

PegaWorld has secured discounted room rates at the MGM Grand:

• Standard rooms: $213 room rate + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax = $283.45 total per night

To book a hotel room for PegaWorld 2025, you must be a registered attendee. Use the reservation link in your registration confirmation email or click the “Book now” link on your confirmed registration page. We recommend booking your hotel room at the time of registration as the hotel room block is expected to sell out. This rate is not available on public hotel booking sites.

If you’re a PegaWorld 2025 speaker who has not booked a hotel during registration, please email [email protected] for the dedicated reservation site.

Make sure you are using the reservation link in your registration confirmation email or on your confirmed registration page. If you receive a message that there are no available rooms, contact the registration team at [email protected].

Complimentary high-speed internet is included in your guest room rate. Instructions on accessing the complimentary guest room internet will be distributed during hotel check-in.

Contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. Cancellations are permitted without penalty for up to 72 hours (about three days) before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with less than 72-hours’ notice, your credit/debit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, and the remaining nights will be cancelled.

PegaWorld attendees should contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel their reservation at (877) 880-0880. Pegasystems is not responsible for hotel cancellations or modifications.

All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the day after your confirmed arrival date. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the first night’s room and tax. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be cancelled. Please notify the hotel directly if you need to change your arrival date.

Yes. However, if the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in, or a faxed credit card authorization form must be set up with the hotel prior to your arrival. Self-parking in the MGM Grand’s Main Parking Garage is complimentary for those attending PegaWorld. Parking validation stickers will be at the PegaWorld Registration Desk.

Valet parking is available for $35/day Monday through Thursday and $40/day Friday through Sunday. Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability. For the most up-to-date information, visit the MGM Grand’s website.

To request a visa invitation letter for PegaWorld, you must first register for the conference. Then, email [email protected] with the following details:

We strongly recommend starting the visa process as soon as possible after registering. Please be sure to check your country's international travel requirements to help prevent unexpected delays for visa processing. Please note that a visa invitation letter does not guarantee a visa, and Pegasystems only provides visa invitations for registered attendees.

The week before the conference, you will receive an email with instructions and additional information about special meal pickup.
