PegaWorld will be held Sunday, June 1 – Tuesday, June 3 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.

Registration opens early December 2024. Sign up here to be reminded when registration opens and be the first to know about all major announcements.

Submitting a proposal

PegaWorld presents an amazing opportunity to be a part of an exclusive group of insightful leaders and visionaries. Spread your message and inspire others with your personal stories while gaining the respect and admiration of a global audience.

In addition, you’ll receive a complimentary PegaWorld full conference pass (maximum of two per presentation), coach class travel, and hotel accommodations. Full details will be available in the speaker packet given to selected speakers.

All PegaWorld content must be submitted through the Call for Presentations. Prepare your proposal by using this link before completing the submission form to avoid losing unsaved work.

We prioritize client stories due to an overwhelming number of submissions. Pega partners who submit stories that integrate a client into their session tend to have a higher acceptance rate.

We’re looking for stories about how you’ve used Pega technology to achieve outstanding business results. Share how you’ve enhanced customer interactions, automated sales and service, and optimized processes. For instance: Have you integrated Pega GenAI Blueprint™ or moved toward an autonomous enterprise with Pega Process AI™? We want to hear your success stories! More specifically on:

  • Personalized engagement: In a rapidly changing, digital world, it's crucial to forge personal connections with each customer, making them feel heard and valued. How are you using AI, analytics, real-time data, and the Pega Customer Decision Hub™ to deliver hyper-relevant messaging, maximize customer value, and build lasting relationships? How have you:

Each submission should be engaging with a clearly articulated abstract and dedicated speaker who will lead the session. If chosen, your abstract will be published on PegaWorld.com, so it should be compelling and clearly communicate what attendees can expect from your session. Selection process

Proposals go through multiple evaluations. Final selections are made by an internal committee whose goal is to assemble the best program possible. You may be contacted for additional information during the review process.

All applicants will be notified with a decision by late November 2024. Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to provide specific feedback.

Congrats! Next, you’ll begin a multi-step process to develop your presentation, working closely with your session owner. This process helps both new and experienced speakers stay on target for session delivery and ensure the best session possible.

We appreciate you taking the time to submit your ideas but unfortunately, we cannot accept them all. We keep all submissions on hand should a good speaking opportunity present itself at a future event.

This year, each session will be structured as a 45-minute breakout with 30 minutes dedicated to the content. The remaining 15 minutes will be reserved for Q&A. Be sure to get into the “how” of your journey as well as the “what” and “why.” Our attendees want all the details of your success!

Acceptance notifications will clearly articulate the capacity in which the proposal has been accepted. Although we cannot guarantee session preference type, we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

If you are passionate, knowledgeable, and armed with a great story, we encourage you to submit – even if you have never attended PegaWorld before or are new to speaking. PegaWorld welcomes first-time speakers and will provide a lot of support and encouragement along the way.
