VodafoneZiggo (VZ) is embarking on a transformational journey jump started by the implementation of Pega Marketing and Customer Decision Hub for commercial, service and brand messages. From a technical perspective and as part of the 2020 roadmap, VZ is applying Next-Best-Action across all channels and integrating Customer Decision Hub to orchestrate customer communication in all inbound and outbound channels. The mission is to create ‘meaningful customer dialogues’ with their customers and prospects. The ramifications and potential of the VZ transformation journey are immense and have received organization wide commitment.
