This course is designed for experienced Pega developers who are ready to move beyond traditional automation to build predictable AI agents – governed, center-out digital workers that reliably drive end-to-end outcomes through Pega's Center-out architecture.
You will gain practical skills in:
- Governing agent decisions: Understanding how Pega's Predictable AI ensures agents follow defined business rules for consistent, auditable results.
- Implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP): Learning to provide agents and language models with a standardized, secure way to access and interact with external data sources and tools – eliminating complex custom integrations.
- Utilizing the agent-to-agent (A2A) collaboration: Learn how external agents can initiate workflows, perform actions without UI access, and coordinate across third‑party tools and data sources.
