Government attendees can register for PegaWorld 2026 at a flat rate of $795. Select “Government” in the “Registration Type” dropdown and use a valid government email when registering. You must be a government employee and show a government-issued ID at the event check-in. Failure to do so will result in a full fee of $1,795.

Government employees can take advantage of the Team Pass program for large groups. There is no specific group rate for government employees.

After completing the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation email with the subject line of Registration confirmed – PegaWorld 2026. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder. Please contact [email protected] if you still cannot find it.

If you select one of the team pass options (2, 5, or 10 passes), you will receive an email within 24 hours containing one code that can be applied to the remaining passes. Once registered, each attendee will also receive an individual confirmation email.

Our Team Pass program gives organizations the opportunity to send multiple employees to PegaWorld at a deep discount. Team passes cannot be combined with any other discount and are nonrefundable. Team passes are available to purchase through May 1, 2026.

Quantity and pricing options are as follows:

• 2 passes: $1,790

No problem! Please reach out to [email protected] to inquire about team pass bundles larger than 10. All team pass bundles of 10 or more cost $695 per pass and cannot be combined with any other discount.

Team passes are now available to purchase through May 1, 2026. All team passes must be redeemed by May 15, 2026.

Step 1: Visit PegaWorld.com, click on the “Register Now” button, and fill out the required information for registering.

Step 2: When you reach the Registration Items step, select either "Team passes – 2 passes at $895/pass,” "Team passes – 5 passes at $795/pass,” or “Team passes – 10 passes at $695/pass." For more than 10 passes, email [email protected]. The price per pass for a quantity greater than 10 is $695.

Step 3: Complete the payment step.

Step 4: Complete registration.

Step 5: Within 24 hours of payment receipt, the purchaser will receive an email from [email protected] with a single registration code to share with your team. 

Step 6: To redeem a code, enter the code on the payment screen of registration, where it says, “Enter your discount code.” Then click the “Apply” button. Once applied, the registration fee will update to $0.

All team passes must be redeemed by May 15, 2026, and are nonrefundable.

Team passes are available in bundles of 2, 5, or 10. For teams needing more than 10 passes, please contact [email protected]. Team passes cannot be combined with any other discount and are nonrefundable. The Team Pass program will not be available for purchase after May 1, 2026. All team passes must be redeemed by May 15, 2026.

Team passes can be purchased with US dollars or with Pega Points.

We accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Registration cannot be completed without payment.

A link to your invoice is included in the original registration confirmation email received on your date of registration. If you no longer have access to this email and link, please contact [email protected] to inquire about a copy of your invoice.

You may redeem your Pega Points through the Client Reference Program for individual, team, or training passes. Contact [email protected] to apply your points or to check your current point balance. The Client Reference Program team will then provide you with a discount code you can apply during the registration process.

The Pega Client Reference Program (formerly known as the Client Advocacy Program) is a network that connects Pega advocates with peers across industries to share success stories. This program empowers Pega’s clients to expand their networks and status as thought leaders by serving as a sales reference and participating in a variety of public-facing reference activities. Clients earn Pega Points for participating. Pega Points can be redeemed for things like PegaWorld passes. To learn more about the program and how to earn Pega Points, please visit the Client Reference Program webpage. Pega Partners are not eligible to join this client-only program.

Yes! Student/faculty passes are available for $300. You must be a full-time student or faculty member as of June 2026 to purchase. At check-in, you will be required to show a valid ID indicating your age – driver’s license, government-issued identification card, military identification, or passport – and a valid college or university photo ID. Faculty (defined as instructors/teachers/professors at an accredited university or college) need a college or university photo ID, or an official letter verifying their status. Without proof of student/faculty status, you will be charged the full $1,795 registration fee. Without proper age documentation, you will be denied entry.

A limited number of event guest passes are available to purchase onsite for $150 per event and are limited to one guest per attendee for either the Sunday evening Welcome Reception or the Monday evening event. Guest wristbands may only be purchased onsite at registration. No discounts or refunds can be applied. Passes are subject to Pegasystems’ discretion and availability.

Guests must be 21 or older and can only attend the purchased evening event(s). Guests are not permitted to attend any conference sessions, the Innovation Hub, meals, or other events.

Cancellations for registration or fee-based training courses can be made until Friday, May 8, 2026. Refunds take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank. Payment by check requires two weeks to process.

Cancellations received after May 8, 2026, or non-attendance, will not be refunded. All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.

To cancel a single registration, log in to your registration. You will be asked to enter your first name, last name, and email address. You will then receive a one-time verification code email and/or text message to log in. Once logged in, click the “Cancel registration” button at the bottom of the page, review the information, and then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page to complete your cancellation. You can also email your full name and confirmation number to [email protected]. Team Pass purchases are nonrefundable.

If you cancel your conference registration, Pega will not cancel your hotel or flight bookings. Remember to cancel them if already booked.

Your registration will automatically be updated upon your approval as a PegaWorld speaker. The PegaWorld registration team will process your registration fee refund, which takes 5–7 business days to process depending on your bank. You can also contact the registration team to verify your status and/or refund at [email protected].

Contact the registration team at [email protected] to apply the comp and process a refund. Codes will not be accepted after Friday, May 1, 2026. Refunds will not be granted after this date.

Each PegaWorld attendee gets a single badge granting access to the conference, events, and any other function associated with PegaWorld. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Entrance to the conference or conference events, including evening events, without an official conference badge will be denied. Badge swapping or sharing is prohibited and will lead to registration cancellation without refund. Lost badges can be replaced for $300 at the registration desk.

PegaWorld check-in will be at the MGM Grand in Studio Ballroom B. A valid physical photo ID is required to collect your badge. Badge swapping or sharing is prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of registration without refund. Additional details about check-in and collecting your badge onsite will be sent closer to the event.

We understand the importance of providing a valuable experience for our attendees, which is why we offer a comprehensive money back program for anyone who registers prior to June 7, 2026.

• Satisfaction guarantee: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the content at PegaWorld 2026 after attending at least two days of the event, Pega will issue a refund of the full event registration fee paid for your attendance (upon request and approval).
• Travel expense reimbursement: Pega will also reimburse valid receipts for up to $2,000 USD for flight, accommodation, and transportation expenses reasonably incurred to attend PegaWorld 2026 (upon request and approval).
• Refund process: To request a refund and reimbursement, submit a written request with all receipts and your detailed feedback on why the content at PegaWorld 2026 did not meet your expectations by the end of day June 16, 2026. Pega will assess eligibility within 21 days and determine if you are approved.
• Refund timeline: If your request is approved, Pega will process the refund within 30 days of its approval.
• Important terms: Attendees must comply with event rules and guidelines to be eligible for any refund or reimbursement. Pega reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Pega Partners are not eligible for this program. The program is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. By submitting a claim, you agree to these terms and conditions.
