In his first job as a technical writer, Baruch Sachs found himself designing better and simpler UI just so that he could write less. For the next 18 years he developed a wide range of skills what it means to innovate in the enterprise space and create real transformation, digital or otherwise. He has successfully led efforts to improve the customer experience across various industries. He built and currently leads the Client Innovation organization globally at Pega, pushing for a sweeping transformation of how innovation can happen in the Enterprise space.
