Adriana is the Founder and CEO of Girls in Tech, a San Francisco-based non-profit organization devoted to empowering, educating and engaging women in the tech industry across 43 chapters in 32 countries. No stranger to growing brands and building amazing companies, Adriana has worked with tech companies like Indiegogo, Oracle’s Involver, and Change.org. She has also served in executive roles at Ogilvy & Mather, Interpublic Group of Companies, Social Gaming Network (SGN), and SecondMarket.
Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Organizational Studies from the University of California at Davis, and received a certification from El Tecnologico de Monterrey in Aguascalientes, Mexico. She is a Singular University Impact Fellow Scholarship Recipient, was named one of the 20 most influential Latinos in technology in 2018 by CNET and 2018 Pioneer Leadership Award winner at the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit. Adriana is an author and will be publishing her first book, Tech Boss Lady, in June 2019.
Moshe Pridan works as Sr. Vice President of Business Solutions Management at SiriusXM, where he is responsible for the delivery of technology solutions in support of Sirius XM’s business. In this capacity, Moshe drives enablement and innovation for all subscription lifecycle activities. Moshe leads Sirius XM's Digital Experience organization alongside his counterparts in Marketing. Moshe is responsible for Contact Center Technologies, Financial, Supply Chain and Middleware applications, as well as integration of new programs.
Prior to his time with SiriusXM, Moshe filled various technology and consulting leadership roles for large companies, including Amdocs, Partner Communications and PwC.
Moshe holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from The Hebrew University.
Nicole Verburg is the Director of Customer Value Management at VodafoneZiggo. She manages a large team of over 50 talented professionals, both technical and commercial. Nicole’s team is tasked with all the commercial one-to-one communication with customers and prospects, via inbound and outbound channels. The mission is to create meaningful customer dialogues. To be successful, Nicole and her team must provide the customer with the right message, through the right channel at the right time using multiple data-sources, modelling and AI.
Nicole joined VodafoneZiggo over three years ago. Prior to overseeing Customer Value Management at VodafoneZiggo, Nicole honed her expertise and developed a robust background in both marketing and consulting. While Nicole has worked for a wide variety of world renowned brands including Rituals, Nestlé and Red Bull, there is always one constant in her work: the customer always comes first. Afterall, Nicole is a self-described "creative econometrist with a passion for the customer".
Vaishal Gariwala is the Head of IT for Lending domain at ING Bank. Vaishal is responsible for ING’s Lending portfolios which, include Consumer Lending and Business Lending. Vaishal in his capacity is responsible to bring end to end digitization customer journeys to ING Lending customers, but not limited to Private Individuals, One man company & Micro Companies, Small Medium Enterprises, Mid-Corporates, Private Banking, Personal Banking and Wealth Management segments. Vaishal comes from a strong technical background and has worked on multiple different product based companies in his career.
Vaishal works very closely with Lending Tribe Leads and his other business colleagues to bring the best of an Agile and Biz-DevOps Organization. He has been one of the instrumental force, to implement Omnichannel Lending Journeys using Pega Case Management and Pega Credit Decision Hub and also building business and IT organization alongside. Vaishal is focused on leveraging technologies such as Front-End Technologies, Pega, Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure Management to support users. In past along with his colleagues, Vaishal also acted as the owner of the prestigious Pega Hotel (Pega CoE) at ING Bank which is now set at global standard within ING Bank.
Under Vaishal leadership, Lending domain considerably augmented the key business performance by rolling out lending for private individuals through ING mobile banking app, which enables ING customers to get the money in their account in 3 minutes. He is an advocate for building tomorrow’s software today, that makes the underlying technology transparent and serves the needs of the ING’s customers when & where it matters.
Robert Skinner is Vice President, Digital Strategy and Marketing Technologies at FordDirect. In this role, Bob is responsible for Media Tech Strategy, Cross Tier Strategy and Data Capture & Enablement and overall Digital Technical Strategy for Omni-Channel marketing & personalization. Bob has been an entrepreneur most his adult life, living and working on initiatives in Asia, the Middle East and Europe before returning to the Motor City.
Prior to his current role, Bob served as a consultant at FordDirect, leading a Tier 1 (Ford) personalization enablement team which focused on building foundational marketing technology to support the future of one to one personalized experiences with Ford Consumers. Bob has worked with Adobe on the implementation of the Adobe Experience Cloud tools along with the Pega Platform to build a foundation for people based marketing for the Ford & Lincoln Dealers.
He is a board member of the Direct Marketing Association of Detroit as well as a Techstars Mobility Mentor. Prior to joining Skinner is proud Michigan State University Spartan Graduate.
Jeanne Ross conducts academic research targeting the challenges of senior business and technology leaders at large global companies, particularly the 100 companies that sponsor MIT CISR (Center for Information Systems Research). She has facilitated discussions of business design (i.e. enterprise architecture) with executive committee members of major companies like Aetna, CEMEX, China Mobile, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and PepsiCo. Her current work examines how established companies are transforming for the digital economy. Jeanne has published in major practitioner and academic journals, including The Wall Street Journal, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Harvard Business Review. She is co-author of three award-winning books, all published by Harvard Business School Publishing: IT Savvy (2009), Enterprise Architecture as Strategy (2006); and IT Governance (2004). Her newest book, Designed for Digital, will be released by MIT Press in 2019.

He has spoken about and consulted extensively in the use of advanced technologies and the future of software and has been named the inventor of numerous patents for Pega’s distinctive architecture.
Alan’s interest in computers originates from collegiate involvement in tournament chess, where he achieved a Master rating and was co-champion of the 1975 World Open Chess Championship. His passion and support for chess, the game’s community, and current champions continues to this day.
Alan holds a degree with distinction in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College, where he was a winner of the John G. Kemeny prize in computing. A staunch advocate for education, Alan and his wife Pam established The Trefler Foundation in 1996 to improve educational outcomes.
Kerim Akgonul is Senior Vice President of Products, responsible for the company’s suite of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, including Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing and Pega Sales Automation, as well as our Case Management, Decisioning, Mobile, and BPM software.
Kerim began his career at Pega developing applications for customers in financial services and insurance, and he put his customer-centric perspective to work in establishing the company’s product management function. Early in the company’s history, Kerim recognized the power of connecting back-end operations to front-end, customer-facing applications and has focused the product management team on applications that allow business visionaries to innovate how their organizations interact with customers.
Kerim is focused on leveraging technologies such as mobile, cloud, social, IOT and analytics to support business users. He is an advocate for building software that makes the underlying technology transparent and serves the needs of the business. This focus on business impact has contributed significantly to the company being recognized as leaders in CRM, Case Management and BPM.
In addition to leading the Product Management function, Kerim also established the company’s eLearning Platform, PegaAcademy.com, which provides the courses and training necessary to become a Pega Certified Professional. To date, Pega Academy has delivered more than 1.5 million lessons to more than 36,000 students around the world.
Kerim holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rob Walker is Vice President, Decision Management at Pegasystems. Prior to the acquisition of Chordiant by Pegasystems in April 2010, he was responsible for managing the strategic direction and development of Chordiant’s industry-leading predictive decisioning technologies. As a member of the office of the CTO, Rob also provided support to Chordiant’s global sales activities and partnership initiatives. He joined Chordiant when the company he co-founded in 2000, KiQ Ltd., was acquired by Chordiant in December of 2004. KiQ was a specialist provider of decision management and predictive analytics software.
Prior to joining Chordiant, Rob spent eight years in positions of increasing responsibility with leading global information technology consulting firm, Capgemini. From 1999-2000, he served as Program Director for Capgemini during which time he was responsible for the creation, development and evangelization of technological innovations in the area of Information Capitalization (business intelligence and predictive analytics). Rob holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Free University in the Netherlands.
Tom Libretto is Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, responsible for global marketing initiatives and functions, including brand, advertising, digital marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, demand generation, corporate communications, customer engagement, social media, events, and marketing operations.
Tom has more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience in global technology organizations including Lotus, IBM, Nokia, and most recently as managing director, global head of digital experience at JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the US. His multi-disciplinary background includes B2B and B2C marketing and sales experience as well as product management, corporate strategy, and business development roles.
While at JPMC, Tom was responsible for defining and executing digital transformation initiatives for the firm, directing digital marketing, social media, brand activation, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM/Business Intelligence, web, mobile, sales enablement, and marketing operations. Previously, as Global VP, digital marketing and CRM at Nokia, Tom drove worldwide digital, CRM, social, and “always-on” marketing activities. Earlier in his career, Tom held several marketing and sales positions at IBM and Lotus.
Tom is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned his undergraduate degree in economics. He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and events such as the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), Association of National Advertisers (ANA), Web Marketing Association (WMA), Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), and SXSW.
