We have made our basic corporate-governance documents public because we want our stakeholders to understand how we strive to act in all of our business actions. We strive to comply with both the letter and spirit of applicable laws and regulations. An example of this is our decision not to utilize the exemption available to us from the NASDAQ listing requirements relating to Board of Directors independence.
