This session shares CPF Board's decade-long journey from one-off builds to a common enterprise workflow platform running two delivery motions on one common enterprise platform: specialist-led for complex workflows and governed citizen-led development for officers to onboard their simpler but smaller workflows.

Today, CPF Board’s common enterprise workflow platform runs over 40 systems and handles close to 4 million cases each year. Citizen-development adoption has also quadrupled with various scheme departments embracing it with strong satisfaction. CPF Board started as a beginner of Pega — and we are honoured to be here to share our vision and approach to scaling our enterprise workflow demand and achieving an AI-ready enterprise workflow platform today.
